Mudita Yoga Space offers in person yoga and breathwork sessions in north east Victoria, designed to help you breathe deeper, release tension, and feel like yourself again.

Meet your practitioner

My journey into yoga actually began with Bikram. I’m pretty sure I fainted in my very first class because of how hot the room was… but somehow I went back again (and again!).

Something about that combination of intensity, focus, heat and presence really drew me in. Looking back, I think it was the first time I understood that yoga isn’t just movement, it’s a challenge for the body and the mind.

When I later moved to north east Victoria and couldn’t find a studio, I followed a quiet pull to deepen my own practice and enrolled in a YTT course. I never planned to teach… but somewhere along the way, something shifted.

The same curiosity eventually led me to breathwork, and when I saw how much could shift for someone simply by changing the way they breathe, I knew I has to share it.

My favourite moments are still the simplest ones: watching someone walk in with tight shoulders and a busy mind, and leave softer, lighter, and more at ease. Those transformations, big or small, are the heart of why I do this.
